We're looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist educational setting in Rugby, supporting learners with a range of additional needs.

* Providing 1:1 and small-group support
* Assisting with learning, engagement and personal development
* Working alongside teaching staff to create a safe, inclusive environment
