Role Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their commercial team, working remotely and covering Birmingham with occasional travel further afield. The role offers a diverse workload and is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in a flexible, friendly, and forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out a wide range of commercial building surveys across various property sectors. Prepare and deliver detailed, technically robust reports including: Dilapidations Schedules of Condition Acquisition Surveys Technical Due Diligence Planned Preventative Maintenance Reports Administer contracts and advise clients on building repairs and refurbishments. Provide clear, concise, and justified conclusions and recommendations. Work independently and collaboratively with the wider team including structural engineers, residential surveyors, and general practice colleagues. Engage with clients through professional communication, reporting, and advice.
