Location for the role is Osterley, with travelling twice a week to Cardiff office.
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Technician to join our dynamic IT support team. In this hands-on role, you'll be the first point of contact for technical issues across hardware, software, and peripherals. You'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Audio Visual/Video c onferencing, end user computing, device management, print and worksetting services, while delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with wider technical teams. You will provide these services to a number of Sky UK site offices visiting on a scheduled basis.
What you'll do
