Manager/Lead Level - Digital Platform Company Compliance (DPCC) Academy
Deloitte's new Digital Platform Company Compliance (DPCC) Academy offers experienced compliance professionals a unique opportunity to enhance their skills and specialise in the dynamic world of digital platform compliance.
We are at a global crossroad as regulators and policymakers bring a wave of new laws and regulations aimed at regulating digital platforms and the wider technology, media and telecommunications industry. At Deloitte, we support technology companies navigate the requirements of these new regulations including EU (European Union) Digital Services Act, EU Digital Markets Act, EU AI Act, UK Media Act and UK Online Safety Act.
Our intensive one-week programme provides targeted training led by Deloitte subject matter experts, covering the latest digital platform regulations and their impact on technology companies.
What the DPCC Academy Offers:
* Targeted Training: From 9th-13th June 2025, immerse yourself in a hybrid (virtual and in-person) programme in London, covering the latest digital platform regulations and their impact on technology companies. This intensive training, held during office hours (9 am-6 pm), is designed for experienced professionals looking to specialise in digital platform company compliance.
* Pathway to Technology Compliance Leadership: Successful completion of the Academy could lead to Associate opportunities within our client base, offering the chance to tackle cutting-edge compliance challenges.

* Contribute to Meaningful Projects: As a Digital Platform Company Compliance Associate Manager / Leader, you will:
o Guide technology companies in building robust governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
o Lead and advise on the completion and documentation of regulatory risk assessments and reporting across a range of digital regulations.
o Helping companies document regulatory controls and prepare for independent audit (including ISAE3000)
o Collaborate with teams focused on online safety, content moderation, and user trust to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
o Develop and implement innovative solutions to address new and evolving regulatory obligations.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in Governance, Risk, Ethics and/or Compliance, either within professional services consulting or in-house.
* Ability to work in fast moving environments towards strict regulatory deadlines and able to change course quickly to focus on competing priorities.
* A knowledge of key digital regulations (e.g., DSA, DMA, Online Safety Act, AI Act) and their practical application or a willingness to upskill in these areas and apply existing experience to new areas of regulation.
* Experience in working in complex regulatory environments.
* A strong understanding of digital technologies and their societal impact.
* Experience supervising and mentoring team members, including performance management and career development.
* Openness to travel to client sites and/or flexible working hours.

Eligibility Requirements:
· We require all candidates joining our academy to have the right to work in the UK.
· All candidates will need to be available to participate full-time during the Academy dates 9th-13th June (office hours 0900-1800).
· Candidates will need to successfully complete an assessment at the end of the course in order to be eligible to be placed as an Associate.
