About the Role
You will work as one of a friendly team of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion advisors, supported by an Equality Administrator and reporting to the Head of Equality and Diversity.
All advisors are expected to have an excellent understanding of the Equality Act 2010 and of equality practice in the public sector. This role has responsibility for leading the University’s work on Athena Swan, including leading the self-assessment process and advancing the commitments of the 2023-28 Action Plan. The role will also hold responsibility for the application, monitoring and evaluation of future University institutional charters and change frameworks.
