Position Details
* Full Time – 37 hours
* Grade 7 – SCP Range 27-31
* Salary £38,220 – £41,771
* Location: Castle Point, Essex

Key Responsibilities
* Managing a patch of tenancies, leases and licences, including sheltered housing
* Conducting tenancy audits and neighbourhood inspections
* Supporting vulnerable residents and linking them to vital services
* Tackling anti‑social behaviour and safeguarding concerns
* Leading on tenancy changes, complaints and legal proceedings
* Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality housing services
About You
* Experienced in housing or customer service
* Skilled in communication, problem solving and partnership working
* Knowledge of housing legislation, welfare benefits and safeguarding
* IT skills and confident using Microsoft Office
* Committed to equality, diversity and excellent customer care
* Experience in sheltered housing or similar environments
* Flexible attitude to working in emergency or unusual circumstances
* Valid driving licence with business insurance transport access
