Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in the planning and implementation of daily classroom activities Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, reinforcing learning concepts. Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment. Support the development of students' social skills and behaviour management. Prepare and organise learning materials and resources. Assist with the assessment and documentation of student progress. Supervise students during breaks, field trips, and other school activities. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure the best educational outcomes for students. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops as required. Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. Organisational skills and the ability to multitask. Basic knowledge of child development and educational practices. Proficiency in using educational technology and software. A relevant qualification in education or childcare is desirable but not essential.
