The role As IRO Team Manager, you will lead and manage a team of IROs and Fostering IRO, ensuring the service meets statutory responsibilities and delivers high-quality outcomes for children and families. You will oversee quality assurance activities, performance management, and service improvement. Who we are looking for… Qualified social worker with current Social Work England registration. Proven experience in safeguarding, care planning, and managing statutory processes. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
