Working Foreman / Assistant Project Manager (Subcontractor) – London

We’re now looking for a Working Foreman / Assistant Project Manager to join our expanding team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid site experience (especially in groundworks or installations) who’s ready to step into a more strategic, client-facing role. You’ll be part of a supportive team and receive training to develop into a full Project Manager position.
What You’ll Do
* Support project delivery from concept to completion.
* Coordinate daily on-site activities and subcontractors.
* Be the face of the company on site — liaising with clients and the design team.
* Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and communication.
* Learn the full process of design-led project management.
What You’ll Need
* Valid CSCS card.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
* Hands-on site experience — ideally groundworks, landscaping, or bespoke installations.
* Organised, confident, and proactive personality.
* London-based (or nearby).
Bonus points for:
* SSSTS / SMSTS certification.
* Experience leading small site teams.
* A van and tools (beneficial but not essential).
