Our client, a top-tier MEP Contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a life science project. As part of this well-established company, you will lead the project from the pre-construction phase through to completion. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of the electrical aspects of this significant Life Science development.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of electrical projects from pre-construction to project close-out, ensuring all milestones are met.
* Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
* Control project costs with close alignment to QS and provide financial reporting to management.
* Handle technical submittals, RFIs, noticing, and rectify design flaws.
* Delegate work to the project team (Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors, etc.).
* Investigate and report on any injuries on site, ensuring health and safety compliance.
