Description
As the Maintenance engineer you will be tasked with the following;
* Perform routine Electrical maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Diagnose and resolve Electrical technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system improvements and upgrades.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all engineering operations.
* Assist in the planning and execution of preventative maintenance schedules.
* Provide technical support to other departments as required.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
* Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
* Experience working on Electrical equipment (AD/DC motors, PLC's, Inverters, single and 3 phase motors)
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
