Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator required to join a global leading engineering manufacturer.
The Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator shall be office based near Harlow, Responsible for planning and scheduling the Field Service Engineers' work, providing service support across a range of Compressed Air Systems, including air compressors, air dryers, pneumatic systems, and control panels. Full product training provided.
The successful Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator will ideally have experience working in a coordinator, scheduling, or similar customer service role in engineering. Full product training provided.

£30,000-£35,000 depending on experience

Coordinate the work, assignments, and scheduling of the Service Engineers and the profitability of the Service Department.
Contacting customers over the phone to book work and plan for engineers.
Manage on call rotas and coordinate annual leave for the Engineering team.
Coordinate subcontractor works, raising purchase orders and managing scheduling with both customer and supplier
Provide updates to clients on work progress and timings.

Experience working in coordinating, scheduling, service support or similar customer service role within engineering.
The ability to maintain good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
Proven experience as a Service Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Service & Sales Coordinator, Technical Engineer, Sales Administrator or similar.
Experience using Protean Oracle, simPRO, SAP, or similar systems would be advantageous.
IT Literate on word and Excel.
Must be able to commute to the office near Harlow
