What youll be doing
Were looking for a Maintenance Manager who can balance hands-on technical work with planning and compliance, ensuring everything operates safely, smoothly and to the highest standards .
Leading all inspections, maintenance and compliance checks for activities, structures, equipment and PPE.
Ensuring all activities operate safely and in line with SOPs .
Managing maintenance planning, documentation and audit schedules .
Working closely with senior site leadership to drive best practice in health & safety .
Supporting general site presentation from structural upkeep to finishing touches.
Standardising inspection and maintenance regimes across multiple locations .
Managing contractors and liaising with external inspectors .
Playing a key role in building and shaping a future maintenance team .
What youll bring
Experience in health & safety auditing or compliance within an operational environment.
Strong practical and technical ability .
Confidence carrying out a wide range of maintenance tasks (general repairs, inspections, fault-finding).
Flexibility to work varied shifts across a 7-day operation .
Willingness to travel between sites using a company car .
