Our client based in Witham is seeking Recycling Operatives to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. This role offers full-time hours with consistent weekday working. The Role The successful candidates will support day-to-day operations across the recycling facility, working within warehouse and yard environments to ensure materials are processed safely and efficiently. Key Duties Include: • Picking and sorting recyclable materials • Assisting with loading and unloading lorries • Working within a warehouse environment • Manual handling duties • General yard labour • Tidying and maintaining the yard area • Supporting site operations as required Successful candidates will have: • A good work ethic and positive attitude • Ability to carry out manual handling tasks • Reliability and punctuality • Willingness to learn (full training provided) • Ability to work as part of a team Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm Salary: £12.21 per hour Market 36 Recruitment Ltd cover a range of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Engineering, HR & Finance & ITAD.
