Overview
We are seeking to appoint an Administrative Officer to support various departments and areas within the school. The successful applicant will be based mainly within the front office, but will support the careers advisor, Duke of Edinburgh Award team, teachers running school trips, as well as other curriculum areas and staff as required. Responsibilities will include data entry, communication with parents, colleagues and students, and collating information.
You may be required to work without direct supervision, and so it is crucial that you are able to use your own initiative and be responsible for organising your own workload.

* A clear and confident communicator
* A team player who is happy to support different colleagues as required
* Excellent organisational skills and an attention to detail
* Experience working in a school environment would be an advantage
This post is 35 hours a week, term time plus inset days.
