Think big and act bold through expressing your authentic best self! Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Principal Solution Architect, Sales Performance Management (SPM) to join our Professional Services team in the UK.
Your Impact
Responsibilities
As a Principal Solution Architect, you are responsible for the successful delivery of Anaplan planning solutions in strategic accounts. You will:
* Serve as the Architectural SME for large-scale Sales Performance Management implementations
* Work with customer teams to transform and optimise business process through the Anaplan Platform
* Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models
* Support scoping, estimations and customer presentations as part of a Solution Sales process
* Assist with knowledge management, mentoring and enablement across the Professional Services Teams
* Maintain relationships across internal teams, customers and partners
* Design and lead development of data integration and migration solutions
* Support and oversee UAT testing and deployment
Preferred Skills
* Tenured experience implementing Sales Performance Management Solutions (Anaplan, SAP, Varicent or similar)
* Domain expertise in Sales Performance Management (Sales Forecasting, Territory and Quota, Incentive Compensation Management)
* Ability to lead and consult on complex projects
* Knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology
* Experience of data integration processes and platforms
* Passion for business analytics, modelling and planning
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Results-oriented, highly motivated, a self-starter
