: Reporting to the Materials Manager you will be responsible for the implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO's). Driving implementation through co-ordination and collaboration with Engineering, Supply chain, Manufacturing, Quality Departments, and suppliers. Main Duties & Responsibilities Full accountability & responsibility for coordinating engineering design changes through relevant business functions in a timely and professional manner. Arrange & facilitate regular ECR / ECO meetings with key stakeholders. Provide KPI's that measure ECO status from inception to closure. Implement & accurately maintain all item master details as required including item creation, lead times & component codes. Clear communication of change implementation to both internal & external stakeholders. Creation & or revision of manufacturing bills of material. Maintain auditable records of all ECO's. Ensure full compliance with the ECO process. Support supply chain projects Support supply chain reporting & compliance tasks Perform root cause analysis on cycle count/inventory discrepancies and implement appropriate fixes. The successful candidate should ideally have: Some previous experience in a supply chain or engineering function within an Engineering or Manufacturing Environment. A Basic knowledge of general engineering principles and experience of creating/amending Bills of Materials would be advantageous. Previous experience in the use of Oracle ERP software and Pulse PLM suite or similar systems desirable but not essential. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Good communicator with the ability to drive and deliver change through collaboration across multiple business functions. Attention to detail & ability to work methodically and systematically to meet business deadlines. Ability to interpret/manipulate data and perform root cause analysis.
