Here at Tarka Talent, we are looking to enrol three junior consultants onto our 2026 Graduate scheme, working with key clients from across the management consulting world. We are a growing consultancy, and after a hugely successful first 5 years, we are looking to bring on three new graduates to continue our growth journey.
As part of a wider group of businesses, Tarka have the best of both worlds – a tight nit team of 7, set within a wider group of 100 driven and successful recruiters. We are looking to hire three exceptionally driven recent graduates who are interested in starting a career that will offer you responsibility and autonomy from day one, training from directors that have a combined 40 years’ experience in the sector, and a chance to work with some of the top brands and firms in the UK.
What’s the Job?
As a recruitment firm we help businesses hire the top individuals into their teams, ensuring they get the very best person for a job. In this role, a day could involve anything from pitching to clients in person, growing your network of active job seekers, putting together detailed market reports on your sector, helping run an event of over 100 people, setting up interviews or even closing the deals.
Who are we?
We are an award winning Management Consultancy recruitment firm that works with both large and boutique consultancy firms across the strategy, change and transformation space. We work with junior consultants right through to Global Partners earning million pound salaries, with clients based in the likes of London, Paris, Dubai and New York.
We love our scale-up environment - we run an unlimited holiday policy, have incentive trips throughout the year (this year alone we have had a box at the races, been go-karting, dined at Michelin starred restaurants and had an office sports day) and have a free office drinks fridge that is always full for when you need a Diet coke or beer.
Our previous graduate scheme consultants have progressed into senior roles and one of last year’s cohort ended up on the group-wide “high flyers” all expenses paid rewards trip due to their exceptional performance.

We are looking for a switched on and ambitious graduates who can add to our business and utilise their people skills to grow themselves a career here at Tarka. Whilst we will offer full training, we need individuals who have a real thirst to learn and a work ethic to match. People skills are crucial for a role like this whilst any previous sales or consulting experience would be hugely beneficial.
