Salary: Up to £30,000 with an OTE of £55,000
Location: Piperdam Leisure Resort, Dundee, DD2 5LP, Nr Birkhill
Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour
What we need in a nutshell
We need you to deliver delight to our guests visiting our golf shop by providing first-class service, ensuring it is welcoming, pristine, and safe.
What you will be doing
You will assist in the operation of the onsite shop, including:
* Providing excellent customer service to our guests
* Accurate cash control, including daily cash procedures
* Maintaining shop standards at a high level while adhering to health & safety procedures
You will also be friendly, answer guests' questions, and ensure everyone has a great time. You should aim to be remembered as one of the outstanding heroes of their holiday.
Note: Holidays occur during holiday times, so you’ll need to work on bank holidays, evenings, and weekends.
Skills, experience, and qualities you'll need
While there is training available, you will need:
* Experience in a similar retail role
* A genuine interest and knowledge of golf
* Effective communication skills at all levels
* Natural leadership qualities and role model behavior
* Willingness to learn and share knowledge
* MUST be 18+ with a valid driving license
