Position: Sales Colleague

Hours: 8–39 per week with flexibility to work additional hours.
Pay: £12.21 per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour, with a rise to £12.51 on successful completion of probation.
Currys is the UK’s best‑known retailer of tech, committed to providing exceptional customer service. As a Retail Sales Colleague, you’ll learn the latest technology through a 2–3 day induction and will work in a supportive team that values growth and teamwork.
Store hours are typically 9 am–8 pm, 7 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays, though local variations may apply.
Responsibilities
* Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
* Make every customer interaction memorable.
* Offer support services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
* Contribute towards the overall sales performance of the store.
* Work across different departments and product ranges.
* Assist with the operation of the store by completing operational tasks.
Qualifications
* Approachable and friendly.
* Enthusiastic about learning the latest technology.
* Comfortable achieving personal sales, service, and customer experience targets.
* Strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store and winning as a team.
