We’re recruiting ambitious Field Sales Executives to sell broadband services door to door across York, North Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
This is a proper field sales role for someone who is genuinely hungry to knock doors, create conversations and turn activity into sales.
You’ll be out in territory each day, speaking with households, explaining a competitive broadband proposition, handling objections, following up properly and managing your own patch.
For the right person, the earning potential is excellent. Top performers achieving 3 sales per day can earn around £100,000 OTE, supported by uncapped commission and a strong commission structure.

What you’ll be doing
• Selling broadband services door to door
• Knocking a minimum of 40 unique doors per day
• Recording an outcome against every door visited
• Managing your own daily schedule and territory
• Building strong local knowledge of your patch
• Following up with potential customers professionally
• Delivering a positive customer experience on every interaction
What we’re looking for
You’ll suit this role if you are confident, resilient, commercially driven and comfortable working independently in the field.
Experience in any of the following would be relevant:
• Door-to-door sales
• Field sales
• Direct sales
• Broadband / telecoms sales
• Utilities or energy sales
• Charity sales
• Estate agency
• Retail sales
• Other target-driven customer-facing sales roles
You’ll need to be confident speaking to the public, motivated by commission, organised with your time and genuinely comfortable knocking doors every day.
A full UK driving licence is preferred.
