Description
* Month-end processes, including journals and reconciliations
* Support preparation and analysis of the P&L
* Budgeting and forecasting, including cashflow management
* Assist with audits
* Oversee payroll responsibilities
* Mentor the wider AP/AR team and support the FD on ad-hoc tasks
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
* Collaborate with operational teams to enhance financial performance
Profile
* Qualified or Part-qualified
* Experienced in management accounts and day-to-day accounting
* Strong Excel skills with knowledge of accounting software.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience of hotel accounting is essential
