Senior Buyer Full Time Permanent | Fareham £48,000 - £54,000 (DOE) + Benefits The Role Lead the procurement team at this high-mix manufacturing site, driving lowest cost acquisition, supplier management and operational excellence. Responsible for daily team coordination, continuous improvement projects, risk management and NPI support using lean principles to hit Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People KPIs.
