Our Hillier Garden Centre at Bath is a well-established and popular destination for gardening enthusiasts, offering a wide range of plants, gifts, and outdoor living products. Our on-site restaurant is a key part of the experience, providing our customers with delicious, freshly prepared meals, cakes, light snacks, and beverages.
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Senior Food & Beverage Assistant (Supervisor) to join our restaurant team and help create memorable experiences for our customers.
As Senior Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager and supervising the restaurant team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering excellent customer service. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of food and beverages and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to progress in their career, who is ready to step up into a leadership position and is eager to grow with us.
To support our busy periods, we are seeking proactive and flexible candidates who are open to taking on additional shifts during peak trading periods.
This role is being offered on a part time, permanent basis with guaranteed hours of 22.5 per week on a rota basis.
