Role
* Deliver planned works, maintenance, and project activities across diverse network systems.
* Respond to faults and outages, ensuring rapid restoration and service continuity.
* Manage the full lifecycle of network devices upgrades, commissioning, and decommissioning.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational standards.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth solution transitions.
* Support continuous improvement and innovation across operations.
* Engage with stakeholders and suppliers to maintain quality and service performance.
* Apply expertise in data centre, cloud, and network automation technologies.
Experience
* Strong track record in troubleshooting complex enterprise and data centre networks.
* Hands‑on Cisco experience (routing, switching, wireless, ACI, F5, cloud).
* Knowledge of network security, automation, and scripting.
* Collaborative and adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to support out‑of‑hours work and on‑call duties.
Qualifications
* Degree or higher‑level apprenticeship in Computing, Electronics, or Communications (or equivalent experience).
Location
* Hybrid (travel to offices near Winchester or Chalfont 12 days per week)
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
