We are currently looking for a Retail Support Administrator to join us on a full-time basis.
Key responsibilities:
1. Support administration processes related to Promotional Activity by interrogating business systems and populating data to provide visibility of key decision-making data.
2. Provide data for reviewing specific lines, planograms, and promotions.
3. Support supplier relationships by providing ad hoc data as required.
4. Share and distribute supplier updates as needed.
5. Assist procurement by sourcing and processing purchase requests.
6. Support marketing by producing the Store Development section of the tri-weekly Marketing Update, including providing relevant Store Development data to the Marketing Department.
7. Handle store relationships by addressing queries from Area and Store Managers regarding Store Development.
8. Participate in various projects related to Products, Pricing, and Product Positioning.
9. Ensure effective use of IT systems in line with company policies and procedures.
10. Contribute to achieving department KPIs focused on profitability and Gross Margin growth.
11. Maintain a customer-centric approach in all activities.
12. Communicate courteously and professionally with internal and external partners.
13. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
14. Demonstrate attention to detail and good listening skills.
15. Display commercial acumen and a strong sense of customer service.
