Projects include installation and maintenance of heating systems, plumbing systems, and general building maintenance in both domestic and commercial properties.
Your New Role
* Providing excellent quality service to our clients and their tenants
* Maintaining heating systems (Oil & Gas)
* Maintaining plumbing systems
* Working independently and taking initiative
* Problem-solving and fault finding
* Availability to join out-of-hours rota
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Time-served in plumbing with recent relevant experience
* Full driving license
* Previous recent experience and a valid CSR card are desirable
* Oftec or Gas Safe qualifications are desirable, but training will be provided for the right candidate
