Fleet Planning Manager – Trent 1000
Position at Rolls‑Royce, Derby, full-time. Responsible for managing fleet level operational planning activity in support of global Customer Regional Teams, ensuring integration across Value Stream and delivery organisations to meet customer and business requirements.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with Product Services Managers to maintain Demand Planning Policy and align fleet planning assumptions for fleet plans and SIOP.
* Provide fleet operational governance and reporting of demand, supply and fleet health through FPRs and other forums.
* Create demand plans (removals) in line with engine and customer planning assumptions, optimising to realise opportunities and meet contractual service levels.
* Aggregate and optimise fleet maintenance plans for allocated fleets.
* Own and coordinate fleet planning priorities to support fleet health.
* Manage customer operational spare and lease engine line‑of‑balance and create scenarios to offer insights into opportunities and hazards.
* Own and manage fleet and customer operational risk and mitigation plans.
* Own and drive lease pool utilisation and the engine exchange plan.
* Be accountable for MfA data management and plan improvements to forecast accuracy.
* Manage and develop a team of Fleet Planners.
Preferred Requirements
* Experience in airline operations or aftermarket maintenance planning and control, with involvement in operational planning and execution.
* Skilled at interpreting and manipulating data and information.
* Understanding of the C2C value stream.
* Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels.
