Key Responsibilities Strategyand CategoryDevelopment : Build the Obesity category andassociatedstrategy for theInternationalregion as weenter intothis critical market. Defining ourlong termstrategy for entrytothe market throughexisting and potentiallyacquiredassets. Define thego to marketmodel(pricing,accessand channel)tobuild category leadership over the next decade andestablishPfizer as a leader in Obesity. Execution: Develop and execute category leading Consumerengagementto supportstrongconsumer awareness,accessandRx compliance. Ensure strategyreflects country needs and dynamics and translates into impactful local execution. Category Performance Leadership :Post launchensurestrong performanceof theObesitycategory acrossInternationalmarketsandleadtimelyinterventions tomitigate risks and capturegrowthopportunities.Drive forecast accuracy andcommercialperformance versus targets across priority brands and markets. Reports monthly on performance at theInternationalregion Performance meeting/Cockpit. Capital Allocation and Investment Decisions : Inform cross-country and brand-specific capital allocation,leveragingmarket insights and performance trends.Recommending trade off proposals to drive short/long term goals and P&L value. Portfolio and Brand Oversight :Provideleadershipacross the fullObesityportfolioand partner with CSI and Global Marketing teams to ensure that the needs of International are captured inclinicaldevelopment plans, global marketingstrategy and campaigns and pricing/access strategies with Global Access and Value teams.Guidelifecycle management, launch readiness, and portfolioprioritisationfor the region.Ensure acceleration of new product launches through early insight integration, launch excellence,supply readiness with PGSand tight cross-functional coordination.Build Business Development opportunities to address growth opportunities and portfolio dynamics.
