Hours: 35 hours per week (we would consider part time)

About the Role:
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering individuals on their journey to recovery and independence. You’ll provide person-centred support, promote well-being, and help service users achieve their goals in a safe and nurturing environment.
We have opportunities including full time up to 35hrs per week but are prepared to consider part time with hours negotiable. These posts (hourly rate £12.60) include weekend work on a rotational basis and some evening work. We also welcome applications from people looking for evening and or weekend work
Responsibilities:
* Build trusting relationships with service users
* Support daily living activities and emotional well-being
* Assist with care plans and risk assessments
* Encourage community involvement and personal development
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:
* A genuine passion for mental health and helping others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliability, empathy, and a positive attitude
* Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential – we provide full training!
* No formal qualifications necessary, however you will be required to undertake a course of study provided by the Organisation to a minimum of SVQ 2 to meet SSSC registration purposes.
Full driving licence and access to own transport are essential for these positions.
