We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse who is able to demonstrate a high level of care working independently and alongside colleagues. This is a part time role, days and hours to be agreed with the need to hold a regular Saturday morning clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Treatment of long term conditions, wound care (ulcer and doppler, removal of sutures), ECGs, venepuncture, new patient medicals, cytology screening, contraception, adult, child and travel vaccinations, annual flu and covid vaccination clinics, request pathology services, chronic disease clinics, assist GP with minor surgery, COPD, hypertension, asthma, ability record accurate notes.

Job Summary
To be responsible for thedelivery of nursing services, working as part of the practice multidisciplinaryteam, delivering care within their scope of practice to the entitled patientpopulation. The practice nurse will be responsible for several clinical areassuch as health promotion, chronic disease management, health prevention, aswell as supporting the management team in the reviewing of clinical policy andprocedure.
