The Role As a Recruiter at Optime Group, you will: Source, attract, and engage candidates using multiple recruitment channels. Deliver a positive candidate journey from first contact to onboarding and beyond. Maintain ongoing communication with placed candidates to support retention. Understand role requirements and deliver against agreed timescales. Prepare candidates for client interviews, assessments, and onboarding. Liaise with clients for the purposes of onboarding candidates, ensuring all required steps (e.g. documentation, airport passes, D&A tests, e-learning set-up, meet and greet presentations) are completed in advance. Where responsible for an induction, take ownership of liaising with the client to ensure all necessary arrangements are in place for a smooth start and meet onsite when required. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: Experienced and able to work autonomously. Results-driven with a passion for recruitment. Skilled at identifying high-quality candidates. Process-driven with strong organisational skills. Experienced in recruitment coordination (desirable) Calm and effective under pressure. A confident communicator with a proactive attitude.
