THE ROLE:
The main responsibility of this role is to manage claims and litigation on behalf of solicitors within the region. You will represent and advocate for individual Union members in tribunals, courts, internal hearings, and other proceedings as required. Responsibilities include providing legal guidance and support to colleagues on matters affecting professionals in the region, as well as contributing to the training of staff and Union members on legal issues.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are open to qualified solicitors with a minimum of 2 years post:qualification experience and a background in employment law. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling them to effectively interact with clients and other stakeholders while delivering exceptional levels of client care.
