Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant located in Kensington. High Street The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for conducting interviews, consulting clients on recruitment strategies, and providing excellent communication throughout the recruitment process. I am looking for an ambitious Hospitality Recruiter to join a professional recruitment company, there is a good opportunity for development and promotion for the right people.
Qualifications
* Experience in graduate recruitment and recruiting.
* Hospitality Background either from the kitchen as a chef or a managerial role within the industry
* Strong consulting skills and the ability to provide strategic recruitment solutions.
* Excellent interviewing and communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
* Knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
* A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
