About Us
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the marketing function across brand, content and social media. You’ll be responsible for driving the marketing activation plan, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and aligning teams across the business to deliver strong commercial results.
You’ll work across three well-known outdoor brands: Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need and Snow+Rock, helping to bring their stories to life across digital, retail and social channels.
This role offers the opportunity to operate at a senior level within the marketing team, working closely with leadership and helping shape the future direction of marketing across the business.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading the marketing activation plan and campaign calendar across the brand and socials
* Driving campaign planning and delivery across multiple marketing channels
* Developing and growing organic social media strategy across different social media platforms
* Aligning teams across retail, digital, trading and marketing to deliver integrated campaigns
* Using analytics and insights to optimise marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
* Leading and developing the marketing team, providing clear direction and support
* Creating new content and channel strategies where needed to support long-term growth
What we’re looking for
* Experience operating in a senior marketing role with responsibility for campaigns and brand strategy
* Strong leadership experience, ideally managing managers or multiple teams
* A strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social and content channels
* Experience building and developing social media strategy and audience growth
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
* A passion for outdoor brands, lifestyle marketing or content-driven storytelling
