Pay and Benefits:
1. Salary range £25000-£27000 per annum with bonus

The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Corporate Actions team the Senior Analyst executes routine and complex transactions with general supervision referring the most complex and risk related transactions to management. Interacts with customers to assess problems and gather information that must be escalated. Have an understanding of the operational procedures and systems but will be expected to undergo training to keep up the pace of operational changes and to develop appropriate levels of subject matter expertise.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
6. Executes on operational processes by following documented procedures and job aides, able to make suggestions on improving process and efficiency. Processes specialized workflows, resolves exceptions, assists with complex inquiries.
7. Takes ownership of workload, ensures deliverables are met in line with procedures, metrics, and benchmarks; while adhering to critical timeframes; ability to manage competing priorities.
8. Builds knowledge of department controls. Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk, escalates appropriately.
9. Maintains a steadfast focus on client service, including responding to inquiries timely and accurately, resolving issues promptly.
10. Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution, process improvements, and risk reduction.
11. Demonstrates effective communication skills, active engagement in meetings and displays a curiosity to learn and grow; accepts feedback given and applies to role.
12. Facilitates training sessions for junior team members as directed by management.
13. Participates in projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
15. Minimum of 2 years of related experience
16. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed For Success:
17. Previous data entry and analysis experience helpful
18. Knowledge of the Financial Markets desirable but not crucial
19. Ability to work well in a team
20. MS Office
