We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established managed services provider in Redhill who is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who brings real networking knowledge — physical connectivity, monitoring, VPN, firewalls, or WiFi — and wants to develop that further across a wide range of technologies and business clients.
What you'll be doing
You'll be providing technical support across a portfolio of business clients, diagnosing and resolving issues across networking, desktop, servers, connectivity, email, VoIP, and more. No two days are the same, and your networking background will give you an edge from day one.
What we're looking for
* A solid understanding of networking — physical connectivity, monitoring, VPN, firewalls, and/or WiFi
* Some helpdesk or IT support experience, or a strong technical foundation you're ready to apply commercially
* A friendly, professional manner — you'll be dealing with clients directly
* Eagerness to learn and grow your technical skillset
