Time Recruitment Solutions are looking fortwo experienced paintersfor a short-term project at Colfe's School in South East London. This is a great opportunity for reliable decorators to work on a well-organised site with clear specifications.
Scope of Work:
* Decorating2 laboratory rooms(drawings and dimensions will be provided)
* Surface prep: Rub down and fill areas of loose paint on walls and exposed woodwork
* Painting: Applytwo coats of acrylic eggshell white paintto all wallsApplyundercoat and top gloss coatto all exposed woodwork including architraves, doors, and skirting (excluding windows)
Requirements:
* Proven experience in painting and decorating
* Own tools and PPE
* Ability to work independently and follow detailed drawings/specs
* Must be eligible for CIS payment
