Job Description
My client a well-respected Law Costs Firm with office nationally is looking to appoint an experienced Costs Draftsman/Costs Lawyer to join their busy team.
Ideal candidates will have experience drafting a range of inter-partes claims that include ID, Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury at various levels. Commercial experience would be advantageous, but all drafting experience will be considered.
The role will include Drafting bills of costs and preparing Costs Budgets alongside negotiation.
Candidates in all areas of the UK would be considered for this role as long as you have access to attend offices in Manchester, London or Liverpool on an ad-hoc basis.
