About you - SEN Teaching Assistant - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Previous TA experience in UK primary/secondary/sen schools
SEN experience is essential
Ability to provide consistent, tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs
Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of individual education plans (IEPs), EHCPs and targeted interventions
Builds positive, trusting relationships with pupils to promote confidence and independence
Adapts learning activities to meet individual needs and learning styles
