We are now looking for a Parts Sales Representative to join our parts team. As an integral part of our customer support team, the prime responsibility of the role is the sales of spare parts and consumables to both our UK customer base and internal service department. The position is primarily office based at our Carlisle Customer Service Centre and will report to the UK Parts & Logistics Manager.

Responsibilities include:
3. Provide World Class Customer Support through efficient and timely Parts Sales to external customer base in line with wider company targets
4. Liaise with internal stakeholders to assist in parts sourcing and logistics to nationwide team of field service engineers
5. Advise, develop and drive sales targets through relevant marketing campaigns
6. Maintain appropriate procedures and records to ensure audit compliance
7. Assist in the ordering of spare parts to ensure adequate stocking levels are maintained
8. Monitor both inbound and outbound parts logisitics
You will have:
9. Substantial experience in a similar, fast paced, customer focussed environment
10. Previous knowledge of John Deere products or the wider forest industry would be an advantage
11. Demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service and focus
12. Be conversant with Microsoft Office, IT systems and processes
13. Work on own initiative whilst adding to the team dynamic at John Deere
14. Strong organisational skills
15. Good technical knowledge of parts and their applications
