Overview
We are seeking proactive and detail‑oriented Supply Chain Analysts to join our team supporting key Defence & Space operations in the UK. The successful candidates will act as a critical interface between Airbus Defence & Space and end customers, ensuring efficient material availability, smooth order flows, and high‑quality support to operational teams. These roles require strong analytical capability, solid SAP MM experience, and a commitment to delivering high customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced operational environment.
Responsibilities
* Act as a key interface between Airbus Defence & Space and end customers to ensure material availability and smooth order flows.
* Provide high‑quality support to operational teams, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
* Utilise SAP MM functionality to manage materials, procurement, and related processes in a supply chain context.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* SAP MM proficiency (essential).
* Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).
* Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or material management roles.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
* High attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
