We provide data, insights, and software solutions to the global construction industry. We specialize in project information, eTendering, product information, market intelligence, and specification. We help the world build better by delivering unrivalled insights and technology that shape places where people live, work and play.
Our Employer Brand and People Experience (EBPX) team plays a critical role in shaping how colleagues learn, grow, and thrive across our business. If you’re passionate about unlocking potential, enabling performance, and embedding learning into culture, this is your opportunity to make a difference.
The role:
As Content and Events Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how our people experience communication at Hubexo. Supporting our Communications Business Partner (Global), you'll help bring internal stories to life and support the planning and execution of impactful colleague events – from global broadcasts to local celebrations.
You’ll also work closely with our in-house graphic design and motion graphics colleagues to deliver creative, visually engaging communications and event content. You’ll be responsible for briefing, coordinating, and keeping lines of communication clear to ensure assets are delivered accurately, on-brand, and on time.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with early experience in internal communications who is ready to grow their skills in a global, values-led organisation.

* Curiosity and initiative – you’re not afraid to ask questions or bring fresh ideas to the table.
* A commitment to doing the right thing and helping others thrive.
* A willingness to grow, take ownership, and contribute to building a high-performance culture.
This is what you’ll be doing:
* Drafting, editing, and formatting engaging internal content for a range of channels, including intranet articles, all-colleague emails, scripts, and slide decks.
* Helping maintain a consistent tone of voice across all internal content, aligned with Hubexo’s brand and values.
* Working closely with in-house graphic design and motion graphics colleagues to support the creation of branded visual assets for campaigns, presentations, and events.
* Writing clear briefs, manage timelines, and communicate effectively to ensure all creative outputs are accurate, brand-aligned, and delivered on schedule.
* Supporting the planning and delivery of internal events – from virtual Town Halls and leadership Q&As to on-site activations and global culture campaigns.
* Liaising with stakeholders, venues, and suppliers to support event logistics.
* Assisting with event communications, attendee management, post-event engagement, and impact reporting
* Collaborating across teams including People and Culture, Employer Brand, and Learning and Development to amplify messaging and promote engagement.
* Supporting the production of basic design or multimedia assets where appropriate (training and templates provided).
About you:.
* 1–2 years of experience in internal communications, content creation, or related roles.
* Strong written communication skills with an eye for clarity, tone, and engagement.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
* Confidence using digital tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and basic content publishing platforms.
* Experience coordinating with design or creative teams on visual content development.
What you’ll gain
* The chance to shape how colleagues experience life at Hubexo during a time of global transformation.
* Opportunities to build your portfolio across campaigns, content, and events.
* Supportive mentoring and development from experienced communications professionals.
* A role in a close-knit, ambitious team where your contributions will be valued and visible.
