We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Main Dealer who are recruiting for a Service/Parts Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Halesowen area. Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service/Parts Advisor who is high performing and can provide the best level of customer service.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a Service and/or Parts Advisor within the automotive industry is preferred.
* The ability to upsell on service work and service plans.
* Customer focused and an excellent communicator.
* Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software.
* Good computer literacy and familiarity with parts cataloging and dealership management systems.
* A valid driver’s license.
Duties
* Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle.
* Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems.
* Update customers and vehicle records.
* Prepare and complete invoices.
* Advise customers on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed.
* Other ad-hoc duties as the role requires.
* Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns to determine service needs.
For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £32,000 with OTE of circa £34,000.
