Separating materials to meet the required standards Hand picking individual materials off the conveyor belt Undertaking cleaning duties within the plant Providing cover when needed for other positions within the plant Team Leader cover This role also includes providing cover and support to the Shift Leader and Supervisor in maintaining the efficient running of the site when required, ensuring new staff have been inducted and trained and that everything on site meets health & safety standards, undertaking planned minor maintenance of equipment and to complete daily inspections and record data. Must be available for weekend working when required. What are we looking for? Previous experience within an operational / manual handling environment A UK driving licence and own transport is required due to location of the site Similar operational team leader experience is desirable What's next?
