We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store level tasks. We know you have many choices when choosing where to work and what differentiates us from the rest.

Responsibilities
* Supervise employees and ensure they perform the job duties implemented by management.
* Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to help perform tasks.
* Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
* Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
* Operate the point of sale according to corporate standards and maintain proper cash levels.
* Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal).
* Support the 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
* Responsible for cash processes including deposits, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
* Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
* Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
* Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
Qualifications
* Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
* Must be efficient and organized.
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
* Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
* Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
* Work in intermittent temperatures (e.g., cooler, outside).
Education
* High School Diploma or GED
