Zero hours contract - weekend hours
£12.21 per hour plus tronc

Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Constantly
developing we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, two holiday cottages and award winning
Samuel's Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac a glamping
site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and last but by no means least the Swinton cookery school.

We are recruiting for the position of Full Time Spa Receptionist in our luxury Spa at Swinton Park.

The Role: As Spa Receptionist you will:
* Greet guests on arrival to the spa
* Be the first point of contact for guests
* Answer phones and reply to emails regarding bookings
* Check guests in to the spa and provide tours if necessary
* Preparation for spa days (towels, robes, bands etc)
* Work alongside spa hosts to ensure all guests are happy
* The role will also include some time in the estate shop
We are looking for:
* A strong team player
* Previous experience working in a similar receptionist role
* Flexibility as you would be required to work weekends and shift patterns
* Experience of using premier software booking system and reslynx booking system (is desirable)
* The ability to deliver excellent customer service
* The ability to work well under pressure
* Great personal presentation and pride in your appearance
* Excellent spoken English
