As Monitoring Strategy Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping the future of broadcast technology by designing and implementing a unified, forward-thinking strategy for video and transmission monitoring. You'll ensure operational teams are equipped to deliver broadcast services of the highest quality across all platforms.
What You'll Do
* Lead Video Monitoring Initiatives:
Define and implement monitoring requirements that align with service reliability and operational excellence.
* Innovate and Improve:
Research and integrate new monitoring solutions and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
* Data-Driven Monitoring:
Use metrics, logs, telemetry, and analytics to detect anomalies, identify trends, and develop predictive models and advanced alerting systems.
* Collaborate Across Teams:
Work with Product, Core Engineering, Video Engineering, and Architecture teams to align monitoring capabilities with market needs and overall product architecture.
* Resource Management:
Oversee project budgets, allocate resources, and lead the monitoring engineering team to deliver on time and within scope.
