We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive new business growth. You will be responsible for generating, developing, and closing new sales opportunities.

Podfather offers an established logistics SaaS software solution, designed to help fleet operators improve operational efficiency, cut costs, and reduce carbon emissions. We support over 70,000 commercial vehicle users operating on UK roads. This is a growth market with significant opportunities, and Podfather is an established brand with strong referenceability across various market sectors.
Your roles & responsibilities will include:
· Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation, following up on marketing-generated leads and closing sales.
· Collaborate with our Customer Success team to onboard and support customers.
· Creating and managing a sales pipeline and performance forecasting via a CRM.
· Qualification of business leads and understanding their pain points.
· Delivering software demonstrations, both face-to-face and online.
· Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximise profit.
· Representing Podfather at trade shows and industry events.
Required skills:
· Proven B2B new business sales skills
· An understanding of SPIN or MEDDICC (or similar) sales methodology
· Be capable of building and managing an accurate sales pipeline.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a hunter mindset.
· The tenacity and determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
· SaaS solution selling would be preferred
· Experience working within the logistics and or construction sectors would be a bonus.
