Recruitment and ESR Assistant
As a Recruitment and ESR Assistant, you will be part of a busy, supportive team responsible for managing essential transactional processes across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating recruitment adverts and pre‑employment checks.
* Maintaining accurate Employee Staff Records (ESR).
* Accurately inputting and maintaining data across electronic and manual systems in accordance with established procedures.
* Handling personal and sensitive workforce information daily, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection principles.
* Ensuring staff records enable accurate payroll processing.
This role requires strong attention to detail and a process‑driven mindset. It offers an opportunity to develop skills within the Recruitment and ESR team.
Location: North East of England, Gateshead region.
